Accounts and access
You agree to provide accurate account information, keep login credentials secure, and use only accounts, projects, files, directories, customer records, invoices, and other records you are authorized to access.
User content
You are responsible for tasks, files, folders, messages, notes, customer records, estimates, invoices, project details, images, calendar feed URLs, and other content you create, upload, import, or share. You confirm that you have the rights needed to use and share that content.
Collaboration
When you use shared project, file, customer, or workspace features, authorized people may see the data needed for collaboration. You agree not to invite people who should not have access and not to misuse another user's data.
Acceptable use
You agree not to upload unlawful content, interfere with service operation, attempt to bypass permissions, access data you are not authorized to access, upload malware, overload the service, scrape private data, impersonate another person, or use the software in a way that harms LeBaronLabs or other users.
Third-party services
Some features may connect to or display data from external services, such as calendar feed providers, email clients, file viewers, payment tools, domain providers, or hosting providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies.
LeBaronLabs site credit
For websites, public pages, or hosted experiences created, maintained, or hosted by LeBaronLabs, LeBaronLabs may include a small attribution or promotional credit identifying LeBaronLabs as the builder, host, or service provider. If included, the credit will be modest and unobtrusive, such as a small footer button or text link, and should not interfere with the site's primary branding, content, accessibility, or user experience.
Availability
The site and software are provided as-is and as available. Features may be updated, repaired, interrupted, restricted, or discontinued as needed for maintenance, reliability, security, legal compliance, or product improvement.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeBaronLabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, lost profit, lost data, business interruption, or similar damages from use of the site or software. Users are responsible for reviewing important business records before relying on them.
